Coaching & Coffee Episode 47: The magic of prioritising yourself & your happiness to create success

This is a very special C&C session, as I've invited back our VERY FIRST live coachee from when we started these new sessions all the way back in March to hear about what impact her coaching session had in her business and life, and provide more support for where she's at now and her future plans for the business.

The lovely Sam Hayward from @litle_squigglers_peterborough talks us through a VERY simple action step we discussed 9 months ago and how that little thing truly changed her business and most importantly, her experience as a business owner.

Oh ladies we covered some GOLDEN NUGGETS in this session that I just know are going to serve you so much!!

Here are just a few of the topics we covered...

👉 How Sam broke out of the "push and hustle" mentality

👉 The magic of planning your ideal week

👉 Why "grace and space" is vital for a successful and sustainable business

👉 What happens when you prioritise your joy

👉 The HUGE importance of not only getting support and advice but actually taking action and implementing that advice!!

👉 The difference between knowing your big success goals are inevitable and feeling relaxed about the timeline vs "I HAVE to hit this goal by XX date" and which one yields the better result!

👉 How and why to use your joy as a compass in your business

👉 Why dropping the "sacrificial mother" mentality is not just important for ourselves and our business but FOR OUR KIDS!

I'd love to know what your biggest takeaway was, so let me know in the comments!

That's a wrap for Coaching & Coffee sessions in 2021, but we'll be back in the New Year for expert editions and more live coaching experiences.

PLUS a brand new podcast launching in Feb!

Our Coaching & Coffee sessions happen every Monday at 10am in our beloved Mothers of Enterprise Society.

If you've got a topic that you'd like me to cover in future Coaching & Coffee sessions, get in touch and let me know!

As always, wishing you all the success & happiness that life has to offer,

Suzy XO
