It’s such an easy trap to fall into.

New content is being produced by the millisecond, more and more and more “experts” are popping up, and it can’t be bad because it’s all personal and professional development… right?

Here’s the thing. I love learning. I love investing in myself, my business and anything else that improves my life.

But the problem comes in when content consumption becomes habitual that I see it causing damage. And in today’s episode I’ll be breaking down exactly what I think that damage is, how you can recoignise it in yourself and most importantly what you can do to rectify it.
