Before we swoop into all things Black Friday sales, I’m not saying that all business owners should be jumping on the bandwagon. Do what feels good to you, and if joining in the buzz of the biggest eCommerce weekend of the year feels like something fun that you’d like to be a part of, then you’re going to want to get a notepad and pen ready as I’m breaking down exactly what you need to know to make it a huge success.
I know it's tempting to join in with the discounting buzz, and start slashing your prices or creating new offers to entice your audience but it’s so important that you approach Black Friday sales with the long game in mind. Meaning it’s not ALL about that weekend and making money. It has to form part of your larger strategy and sales plans for the year ahead.
When done right, you could be positioning the perfect offer that will not only make some beautiful cash for you but will actually set you up for even more successful launches and promotions in the coming months.
I’ll also be sharing how to set everything up in the simplest way, so you’re not spending endless hours trying to get the tech to work or worrying that you can’t create the sales funnel you’d like because you don’t have some fancy pants platform.
